NOW is the perfect moment to take control of your mind and your emotions. Transform limiting beliefs and behaviours, tame the inner critic, and enrich your most important relationships. Do what makes YOU happy. Live your BEST life.

Expressing your emotions liberates energy and allows you to be alive. Smile, enjoy a good laugh even if you feel angry, sad, or scare, spend time by yourself, and allow yourself to receive compliments. You might believe that something or someone will make you happy, let's stop waiting, and let's make it happen; you can create the fantastic health and life you desire. 

Plan your day, take small proactive steps to improve your health and wellbeing. Set smart, small steps, and achievable goals.

  • WAKE UP, be thankful. Enjoy one more day full of possibilities. Be grateful, write in a journal, pray, or meditate. 

  • Be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit. Maintain healthy nutrition, good sleep habits, and move your body (only 20 minutes of outdoor activity increases energy levels). Make at least one new change daily to achieve your goals. For example, change soda or sparkling water for plain water. Walk 10 minutes or watch a movie that uplifts you.

  • Do something that increases your creativity, challenge yourself, pay attention to your ideas. Have fun, daydream! Try cooking, DIY activities, start drawing, painting or coloring, try something new, learn a new language. Researches have found that creativity improves brain function, mental health, and boosts your immune system.

  • Connect with nature, even if it is just listening to the birds in the morning, looking at them flying, or even better if you immerse in nature. Studies show that walking in nature decreases depression by 71%.  What you see, hear, and experience changes not only your mood, but how your nervous, endocrine, and immune systems function.

  • Social interaction, even if it is virtual, enhances our overall health and wellbeing. Connect and reconnect with friends and family. Thanks to technology, you can have happy hours and game nights from the comfort of your home, allowing you to connect with people. Pets are also a fantastic source of loving relationships. They calm us down, provide joy, and boost our immunity.

  • Do anything to keep stress levels low, listen to music, dance, light some candles, use essential oils that can change your mood. Stress is one of the key contributors to increase the risk of conditions like obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, depression, gastrointestinal problems, and asthma.

  • Reduce your sugar intake. Fruit drinks, flavored yogurts, bread, cereals, cookies, cakes, candy, and most processed foods can cause chronic diseases, like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
